Owner, Mike Germain continues on his parents Ray & Kathy Germain legacy and understands the value of providing the best customer service at all times and have earned the trust of customers through dedication. Born and raised in Sarnia/Lambton he frequently contributes back into the community. ServiceMaster is proud to be a long-standing member of the Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Federation of Independent Businesses.

Mike Germain
Owner Operator / GM

B.A., OCT, A.M.R.T., A.S.D., WRT, FSRT General Manager/Estimator Mike graduated from Brock University December 1998 and joined the ServiceMaster team. MIke's positions at ServiceMaster include General Manager and Estimator. While in school he worked in the family business part-time over the years and has a wide array of experience in all areas. Mike completed the following courses: 4 Star Certification Program, Managing a Water Loss, Emergency Board Up, Water and Restoration Course, Hazards & Mould Control, IICRC – Water Damage, IICRC Fire and Smoke, AMRT, ASD, Health & Safety and Odour Control. Mike possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, which allow him to handle clients and claims very well. He is proficient in both Xactimate and Symbility.
